Our Cookie Care Policy

Cookie Conservation:
Our cookies can be kept in the same tightly sealed packaging for up to one (1) week.

To enjoy them warm and soft:
You can give them a quick heat in the microwave outside the packaging (8-10 seconds), although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350°F-(180°C) for 4-5 minutes.

If you wish to enjoy them warm and soft:
We recommend freezing them in their original tightly sealed packaging and in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To enjoy them warm and soft, take them frozen (out of the packaging) to a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
