How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders from Orlando Sugar are shipped exclusively on Mondays. Once shipped, they typically take about 3 business days to reach their destination.

How are the cookies shipped?
Cookies from Sugar Orlando are shipped in airtight packages to ensure their freshness during transit.

What day are shipments made?
Shipments for Sugar Orlando orders are made only on Mondays. Shipments are exclusively made every Monday via USPS within the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package through the USPS website.

What should I do if I never receive my order?
Orlando Sugar is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

 Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. 

Orlando Sugar is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section or our customer service WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with Orlando Sugar.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 business days before the scheduled shipping date. 

Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
